TFA and HTUC participate in Houston Pride Celebrations every year. The Pride Celebration Team is involved from start to finish. This may include:
- Planning the float design
- Planning the Festival booth
- Planning the contribution to the Pride History Tent
- Building the Float (this is more like a party than work)
- Overnight Float Watch
- Float Staging
- Festival Booth setup
- Manning Festival booth
- Participating in the parade
- Manning the history tent
- … and much more
